At Sohru, we strive for your satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7-10 days from the delivery date, backed by our money-back guarantee.
Terms for Return and Refund Requests
We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and you need to return or exchange it. If the item is in its original condition, you can return it within 7-10 days, provided one of the following reasons applies:
Valid Reasons for Returning a Product:
- Customer Cancellations
- Wrong Product Ordered
- Merchant Shipping Errors
- Damaged or Defective Products
- Product Arrived Late
- Buyer’s Remorse
- Description Mismatch
- Unmet Expectations
- Product Didn’t Arrive or Arrived Late
To receive a full refund, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is returned in a damaged or unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process a refund. All items are inspected upon return.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 7-10 days of your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Gift items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us and ship the item to the provided address.
Items Excluded from Refunds:
- Gift cards
- Partial refunds (if applicable) for items not in original condition
- Damaged or missing items not due to our error
- Items returned after 7-10 days from the delivery date
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to post officially.
If after 30 days you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
