Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Purchasing and Redemption: Sohru gift cards can be purchased on our website and are redeemable only for products available on Sohru’s online store.
2. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. They are also non-refundable and cannot be resold.
3. Expiration: Unless otherwise specified, Sohru gift cards do not expire. However, they are subject to availability and changes in store policies.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please keep your gift card code safe and secure.
5. Multiple Gift Cards: Customers may apply more than one gift card to a single order. However, gift cards cannot be used in combination with coupons or other promotions unless explicitly stated.
6. Gift Card Balance: Gift card balances can be checked via your Sohru account. Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be applied to future purchases.
7. Partial Use of Gift Cards: If the full amount of a purchase is not covered by the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid via another accepted payment method.
8. Fraud Prevention: Sohru reserves the right to cancel any order and deactivate any gift card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
